ACADEMYinhouseCEAVEO® ACADEMYinhouse
Closed beta · General availability November 2026

Your training knows your company.
An off-the-shelf course does not.

Every compliance course on the market explains the GDPR. None explains your retention periods, your approval paths, your work instructions. CEAVEO® ACADEMYinhouse builds courses from your own material — and therefore trains people on what actually applies in your organisation.

“An LMS trains employees. This one trains them on your own rules.”

Courses from your own material

Upload what you already have.

From your documents

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Markdown and more. The AI produces a course structure — modules and lessons — and writes the lesson text grounded in your documents; for presentations it reads slide titles, bullets and speaker notes.

Source documents stay internal

They are the knowledge base, not the courseware, and are never visible to participants. The AI draws only on them rather than on model knowledge.

Choose a teaching model

Per course: classic, microlearning, scenario, how-to, Socratic, drill or story/comic — plus audience, language (DE/EN) and tone.

Edit by hand

Every lesson remains freely editable with a preview before publication. The AI supplies the draft; the subject-matter responsibility stays with you.

Media

Video and audio upload per lesson, or optional AI narration billed as credit.

Quizzes, exams and certificates

No clicking straight through.

Knowledge checks and final exams

Per-lesson quizzes and a per-course final exam — multiple choice, true/false, free text.

AI grading of free text

Per-question feedback measured against a stored expectation frame. Responsibility for exam design stays with you as the author.

Completion gates

A lesson counts as done only once its quiz is passed, and a course only once every lesson is done and the final exam passed.

Verifiable certificates

Certificates issue automatically and are verifiable against forgery. Verification is purely chain-based and still works after learner data has been deleted, without exposing other records.

Assignment, progress, recertification

Provable: what somebody was trained on.

Assign

Individually or by list (CSV/TXT). Every assignment triggers a notification.

Cohort pinning

An assignment is fixed to the current course version, so publishing a revision never disturbs people already working through it — nobody loses progress because legal reworked a chapter.

Versioning, not overwriting

A published course is content-locked; changes go through a new version, which keeps it provable what somebody was trained on.

Reports

Assigned, in progress, completed and overdue per course, with a completion rate and CSV export.

Recertification

Courses may carry a repeat interval. The recertification due list only reminds and never re-enrols anyone automatically.

Training packages

Hand a finished course to another tenant as a signed, encrypted package: the recipient can run and track it but not edit it. Alongside sits the CEAVEO-maintained content library of prepared compliance courses, verified against the legal corpus with sourced citations.

Why it belongs to the platform

ACADEMYinhouse does not sit beside the other products — it sits inside them.

Training counts as evidence

Completed data protection training appears in the LEGALinhouse data protection management as accountability evidence under GDPR Art. 5(2) — trained and evidenced, where a supervisory authority looks for it.

Industry solutions bring courses

Pick your sector during onboarding and the matching courses are part of the package.

Human in the loop

Publishing a course is an attested human release like any other on the platform.

A separately purchased LMS does none of these.

What works today — and what does not

The product is ready for your own internal employees. That is not small print — it is the statement you can rely on.

Not yet available, and therefore not advertised here:

  • Participants outside your organisation — external learners follow.
  • AI-generated images and comics for learning content.
  • Large-volume video streaming.

These three depend on infrastructure decisions and follow in a later edition. We name them so nobody expects them — not so anybody plans on them.

ACADEMYinhouse is a tool for your organisation — not legal advice. AI-generated course content is a draft for human review; what gets published is what a person released.
